When you add a customer to your Active Customer Campaign, there is a preset delay that dictates how long ReviewPoint will wait before sending the customer a review request.
Since we want to wait to send out a review request until your customer has had enough time to get value out of your product or service, we have established a set of recommended delays for each industry.
