The campaign log is a reporting tool that helps visualize the progress of your customer review requests. Here’s where to find it.
A “campaign” is a set of rules that direct how and when a review request is sent. Different campaigns have different rules and delays for successfully requesting reviews from different types of customers. If you'd like to learn more about campaigns, go checkout How to send review requests for the explanation.
Select Advanced Tools to open the Advanced Tools dropdown menu
Select Reports to open the Reports dropdown menu.
Select Campaign Log.
You can now view your review request progress. Some tips on how to use the campaign log:
Total Users shows the total number of customers that have been sent review requests.
Stage 1 and Stage 2 refer to the first and second review request that each customer will be sent.
You can filter by the date to see how your customers are responding during different time periods.
Try filtering by your last month of review requests.
You can filter by the type of campaign on the right side of the screen.
There are 3 types of campaigns: Active Customer Campaign (standard), Old Customer Drip Campaign, and Immediate Campaign. If you’d like to learn more about campaigns, go checkout How to send review requests for the explanation.
