How to change the logo or image that appears in review requests

Both email and text message review requests start with a business logo or custom image before getting into the actual message of the request.

If you’d like to change that logo or image, you’ll have to change the Email Image and the Text Message image in different ways.

How to change the logo or image that appears in email review requests

Select the Profile dropdown menu in the navigation bar on the left.

Select Locations from the dropdown.

Select the pencil icon.

NOTE

If you have multiple locations, be sure to select the location you’d like to edit.

Click the image next to the text ‘Click image to choose company logo’.

Choose the logo or image and then select ‘Open’. If you’re on something other than a Mac, just follow the instructions to choose your image.

NOTE

The logo or image must be the file type: .png or .jpg. We also recommend that all images that are uploaded for email review requests are resized to 500px x 500px so that it isn’t blurry in the email. If you have any questions about this, please contact your review manager or contact support.

Select [◘ Save & Continue].

How to change the logo or image that appears in text message review requests

Select the Advanced Tools dropdown menu.

Select Text Message Templates.

There are different templates for different types of campaigns. Select the pencil icon next to the template you’d like to edit.

Scroll down to the section with an image and select [Delete Photo].

Click on the dark gray box labeled ‘Drop or Click here to upload files’.

Choose the logo or image and then select ‘Open’. If you’re on something other than a Mac, just follow the instructions to choose your image.

NOTE

The logo or image must be the file type: .png or .jpg. We also recommend that all images that are uploaded for email review requests are resized to 1000px x 1000px so that it isn’t blurry in the text message. If you have any questions about this, please contact your review manager or contact support.

Once the application says that your upload is complete, select [✓ Update]. 

NOTE

It’s okay if the logo or image looks a little blurry here. As long as the file isn’t blurry when it is sized to 1000px x 1000px, it will look right in the text message.
