How to respond to reviews

When you get a new review, positive or negative, it’s important to post a response to it within 24 hours. In order to respond to a review, you must go to the review website, sign in, and follow their instructions as to how to respond to a review on their website.

Currently, you cannot respond to reviews directly from ReviewPoint. If you’re having any trouble with responding to a review on a review website, please contact your review manager or support. We’ll be happy to help you figure it out.
