If a customer says that they wouldn’t recommend your business to a friend, they’re encouraged to leave negative feedback. Now you get a 2nd chance with this customer- follow these instructions to find that private feedback.
Select Advanced Tools to open the Advanced Tools dropdown menu.
Select Reports to open the Reports dropdown menu.
Select 2nd Chance Customers.
You can now view negative feedback from your 2nd chance customers here.
To earn these customers back, search for them in Discussions and chat with them via their preferred medium (text message or email).
